6mm Dyneema UHMWPE Heavy-Duty Engineering and Rescue Accessory Cord 40m

6mm Dyneema (UHMWPE) heavy-duty high-strength accessory cord, specifically designed for high-load industrial rope access, water rescue zip lines, heavy-duty caving anchors, and extreme rescue hauling. Featuring a 32-carrier dense, abrasion-resistant sheath over a 16-strand high-strength core, it boasts a breaking strength of up to 14kN (approx. 1.4 tonnes).

Each 40-meter roll weighs only about 20g per meter (approx. 800g total). It is abrasion and tear-resistant, non-absorbent (floats on water), and features extremely low elongation, providing excellent tensile rigidity and reliability for water rescue zip lines and multi-anchor equalization systems.

Important Safety Notice

• Knot Security: Dyneema fibers have low surface friction; always leave sufficient tail length when tying knots (recommended 15cm or more) and use secure stopper knots.

• Heat Resistance Limit: The material has a melting point of approximately 145°C. It is strictly forbidden to use it as a friction hitch for rappelling or where it may be subject to direct frictional heat.
