Industrial high-altitude suspension seat board

A highly comfortable Work Positioning Seat designed for industrial rope access, facade cleaning and maintenance, wind turbine blade maintenance, and prolonged suspension at heights. When suspended, the seat effectively redistributes pressure from the full-body harness away from the pelvis and femoral arteries to help prevent suspension trauma, while the wide, flat seating platform provides excellent stability for high-altitude operations.

The series offers two professional configuration options:

1. Standard Comfort Model (Yellow / Red): Features a built-in 4.8mm thickened, one-piece aluminum alloy base plate that is lightweight, rigid, and resistant to bending. The structural side panels prevent webbing from pressing into or pinching the thighs. It comes equipped with 3 pre-shaped gear loops and an integrated waist stowage buckle, allowing the seat to be folded up and locked to the back of the harness when not in use or while walking, keeping it streamlined and secure.

2. Advanced Tactical Upgrade Model (Black Flagship Version): Upgraded with a 5mm ultra-thick, one-piece high-strength aluminum plate, with reinforced and heightened side panels to completely eliminate webbing compression on the legs. Features 44mm widened load-bearing webbing with quick-adjust buckles (adjustable up to 60cm). Includes 4 pre-drilled holes on the sides with metal tool hanging plates and a back-clip quick-release tool rack, supporting fast, one-handed attachment and locking of large power tools (like cordless drills) via a "velcro strap + stud" interface, allowing operators to customize their own tool mounting bases.

• Not PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): This high-altitude work seat is intended solely for work positioning and pressure relief support; it must not be used as a primary fall-arrest anchor point. It must be used at all times in conjunction with a compliant full-body fall-arrest harness and a backup fall-protection system.

• One-piece Thickened Aluminum Alloy Base: 4.8mm / 5mm thickness provides high structural rigidity, ensuring the seat does not sag or pinch during suspension, providing a stable, firm support for the buttocks and thighs.

• Heightened Side Panel Design: The 3D-raised side baffles force the support webbing outwards, preventing the straps from embedding into the nerves and blood vessels of the inner thighs during suspension.

• Dual-Lock Harness Quick-Connect System: The connection loops on both sides can be quickly attached to the ventral attachment point or dedicated seat attachment points of a full-body harness using connectors.

• Rear-Folding Portable Storage (Standard Yellow/Red Model): Equipped with a dedicated rear storage webbing loop, allowing the seat to be fixed to the lower back while moving, climbing, or pausing suspension, preventing it from hanging low and causing tripping.

• Modular Quick-Draw Tool System (Black Flagship Model):

  • Pre-drilled side holes + Metal mounting plates: Allows operators to freely attach hooks or storage cases.

  Back-clip Quick-Release Tool Rack: Once a cordless drill or impact driver is fitted with a "velcro strap + stud" connector, it can be snapped into the rack for automatic locking and one-handed quick-release.

• 44mm Widened Adjustable Webbing: High-tensile polyester webbing with heavy-duty buckles supporting micro-adjustments up to 60cm in length.
