A high-strength carbon steel O-shaped carabiner series specifically designed for heavy-duty rescue anchors, rigid high-altitude systems, and high-abrasion operating conditions. Compared to aluminum alloy carabiners, the carbon steel material offers superior wear resistance and durability, effectively withstanding long-term friction from sharp metal components, steel wire ropes, rough rock edges, and heavy-duty pulleys. The classic symmetrical geometry ensures the device remains centered without shifting, while the nose features a Keylock anti-snag design for smooth and precise operation.

• Ultra-wear-resistant carbon steel body: High hardness, wear resistance, and resistance to deformation from drops. It is less prone to developing deep grooves from contact with steel angle irons, rigid hangers, or steel cables, ensuring a long service life.

• Classic symmetrical O-shaped load-bearing structure: The symmetrical elliptical arc allows pulley systems, ascenders, or twin-rope systems to maintain centered loading, preventing shifting or sliding under tension.

• Keylock smooth anti-snag nose: The nose is precisely processed to eliminate gaps, allowing for clean and rapid clipping of wire rope thimbles, webbing, or metal attachment points, completely preventing snagging.

• Non-slip textured locking sleeve: The sleeve features a clear embossed non-slip texture, ensuring stable and reliable rotation even when wearing heavy-duty gloves or working in wet, slippery, or muddy environments.

• Three locking mechanisms available:

  • Manual screw-lock: Simple and compact structure, resistant to jamming in sandy or dusty environments, with a secure manual locking feel.
