Aluminum Alloy Splitter Plate Series
Aluminum Alloy Splitter Plate Series
Couldn't load pickup availability
A professional series of 7075 aluminum alloy rigging plates designed for balancing rope rescue systems, complex pulley system rigging, main anchor distribution for high-angle traverses, and work positioning. These plates allow a single load point to be evenly distributed across multiple anchor points while expanding attachment space for one to over a dozen carabiners, ensuring organized rope management and preventing tangling. The full series includes "Classic Lightweight Multi-Hole" models (4/5/8/16 holes) and revolutionary "Detachable Pin" models (5/8 holes/hinged)—the pin-based design allows pulleys or descenders to be attached directly without intermediate carabiners, significantly reducing system headroom, with breaking strengths ranging from 36kN to 50kN.
-
Effective Load Distribution: Guides heavy loads evenly across multiple independent anchor points to create highly reliable, redundant protection systems, eliminating interference between ropes and hardware.
-
Innovative Detachable Pin Direct Attachment (5-hole / 8-hole / Hinged): Features a dedicated quick-release locking pin, allowing pulleys, descenders, or slings to be mounted directly onto the pin shaft without extra carabiners. This saves vertical clearance in high-angle setups and eliminates the risk of side-loading on carabiners.
-
Double-Layer Hinged Structure (8-hole Hinged Model J040AB): The hinge-opening design expands connection points into a three-dimensional configuration with clear upper and lower layer separation, ideal for complex, multi-directional rescue hauling hubs.
-
Large Apertures for Smooth Connection: Features 19mm apertures on classic models and 22mm on detachable models, with edges meticulously chamfered and polished to ensure snag-free entry for various auto-locking carabiner sleeves and webbing loops.
-
Aviation-Grade High-Strength Aluminum Alloy: Hot-forged and CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for a lightweight profile with excellent fatigue resistance and an ultimate load capacity of up to 50kN.
