High-strength composite Kevlar Prusik & Friction Saver Slings designed specifically for professional arboriculture, rope access, and rescue self-locking systems. Featuring an 8.8mm composite accessory cord, precision-stitched using computerized machinery. The entire line comes pre-installed with aluminum rings, stainless steel rings, or specialized protective thimbles to meet the demands of modern climbing friction systems, double rope techniques (DdRT), self-locking, and tree-protection anchor setups.

The outer sheath is woven with highly abrasion-resistant Kevlar® fibers, offering flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance, superior durability, and tear resistance. It is specifically engineered to withstand the high frictional heat generated by rapid sliding against rough climbing ropes, effectively preventing the melting and hardening issues associated with standard nylon materials. The inner core consists of high-modulus, high-tenacity nylon, balancing high tensile breaking strength with a soft, supple gripping feel. All mechanical stitched joints are covered with thick, transparent heat-shrink tubing to effectively protect against wear and facilitate visual inspection of the stitch patterns. The entire series has a breaking strength of 22kN and is officially certified under GB 30862-2014 Type B standards.

Safety Warnings and Usage Guidelines

• Dedicated Friction Hitch Use: This product is designed specifically for wrapping around a main rope to create friction hitches or for use with friction-saver pulley systems. It is strictly prohibited to pull the two ends directly against each other for load-bearing purposes.

• Storage in a Dark, Dry Place: Kevlar material is sensitive to ultraviolet (UV) light. Prolonged exposure to intense direct sunlight can reduce its strength by approximately 50%. When not in use, please store it in a cool, dry place away from light.

• Chemical Exposure Protection: While resistant to common organic solvents and salt solutions, it has poor resistance to strong acids and alkalis; please avoid contact with these substances during operation.
